si no puede escanear el código QR.
Before you begin installation with a QR code, there are a few important points to be aware of:
Open your email on a different device to the one you will be using for installation and find the email we sent you with the QR code.
If you have not received your code, please contact us.
Open your camera on the iPhone you will be installing the eSIM on and scan the code. You can also go to “Settings”, then “Mobile Data” and select “Add Data Plan” to scan the code from there.
Scanning the code will start the installation process. Use our guide below for step-by-step configuration.
The installation process will start automatically when you scan the QR code on your iPhone. Click on Continue
Your plan has now been installed.
Click on Done
Give your new Conecta line a name to identify it. For example: “Conecta Spain”.
Click on Continue
Select the “Primary” option to continue using your number to receive messages and calls.
Click on Continue
Select the “Primary” option to continue using your number for iMessage and FaceTime.
Click on Continue
Select the “Secondary” option.
Keep “Allow Mobile Data Switching” turned off to avoid additional roaming charges.>
Click on Continue

Abre "Ajustes" en tu iPhone y selecciona "Datos móviles"

Desplácese hacia abajo hasta encontrar "Roaming de datos" y enciéndelo.
¿Cómo sabes que tu eSIM está activa?
Puedes comprobarlo de dos formas:
01. Asegúrate de que haya al menos una barra en el ícono de señal de tu iPhone.
02. Vaya a "Configuración" en su iPhone, seleccione "Datos móviles",
Haga clic en la opción “conectar” y verifique que “Roaming de datos” esté activado.
