The days start counting when you activate roaming or data roaming on your mobile.
Therefore, the number of days in the plan will count down when you activate the eSIM, not when you install it.
At Conecta.Viajes we are aware that our users may have unforeseen events after making the purchase. Therefore, you can request a refund in the following situations:
– You purchased the eSIM without verifying the compatibility of your mobile.
– You canceled your trip or you no longer need the eSIM.
– Our eSIMs generally work without failure, but if you experience connection problems, we can provide you with a full or partial refund.
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the money in the same account with which you made the payment. This process may take between 5 to 10 business days.

If you use an Apple device, you can use your physical SIM and your eSIM at the same time. Select the physical SIM for calls and SMS and the Conecta.Viajes eSIM for data from your device. Please keep in mind that if you leave your physical SIM activated, your operator may charge roaming charges for receiving or sending calls and SMS.
To check your remaining data balance, log in to our Conecta.Viajes Center with the access details we sent you by email when you made your purchase. You can also check your data balance from your device’s data settings.
